Agreement
By creating an account or using TermSignals, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Section 2
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Admins manage organization settings and billing.
Section 3
Subscription and trial
Trials start when you add your first contract. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing and limits are listed on the pricing page.
Section 4
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access systems you do not own, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Section 5
Your data
You own your contract data. We process it to provide reminders, exports, and reports. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
Section 6
Third-party services
TermSignals integrates with providers such as Supabase, Stripe, and Resend for authentication, payments, and email delivery. Their terms may also apply.
Section 7
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or provider outages may temporarily affect access.
Section 8
Limitation of liability
TermSignals is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed deadlines or lost revenue.
Section 9
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or non-payment.
Section 10
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
